Sometimes it seems that way these days. You hear 're-branding' talked about as if it were a little cosmetic surgery. A true brand, as common sense forever reminds us, is a lifelong relationship. Its destiny is in the hands of real people out there in the real world, not on the table in a stuffy conference room.
