December 01 2011Republic Airways recently acquired two brands, Frontier and Midwest, and merged them. Three cultures came under one roof, and CEO Bryan Bedford asked Genesis to identify a shared vision and core values. The result was a short documentary, “Why We Fly,” about the relationship between the people who ride the planes, and the people who make it possible. The film is the core of a new social media campaign bringing passengers and employees together.
