Managing Partner Deb Kelly awarded Gold Standard Director Credential

July 20 2017

We are honored to announce that our partner, Deb Kelly, was awarded a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), NACD Fellowship – Gold Standard Director Credential®.

A NACD Fellowship®, is the highest standard of credentialing for corporate directors, a comprehensive and continuous program of study that empowers directors with the latest boardroom insights, intelligence, and practices—equipping them to lead their boards with confidence.

Deb has served on several public and private boards over the years. Since 1996, she has served as an independent director of Perdue Farms, the Maryland-based consumer packaged goods and agriculture business with over $7 billion in revenue. Deb is a member of the board’s Executive, Audit, and Nominating and Governance committees, and is currently chair of the Compensation Committee.

Deb leads our brand strategy and investor relations practice. She is a National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) Fellow, served on the boards of both NIRI national and the Rocky Mountain chapter, and was awarded the second-ever Investor Relations lifetime achievement award by IR Magazine.  Deb was also a member of the 1970s Securities & Exchange Commission Advisory Committee on Corporate Disclosure.

Congratulations Deb! We always knew you where the Gold Standard, now we have even more proof.
